Katana Jack. A video game fingerpainted on the iPad.
Spanish artist Xoan Baltar, illustrator and fingerpainter par excellence, was one of the first to kick off the iPhone art revolution in 2008. Now he has pushed the curve again by releasing a game entirely fingerprinted on the iPad.
You can download it to your iPhone or iPad here
Way to go Xoan!

Hey, there! Not to put too fine a point on it, but Puppysaurus (http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/puppysaurus/id432228575?mt=8) was released in August and all of its art was painted on an iPad using Brushes. I’m the artist who painted all of the assets — backgrounds, characters, props, etc.
Katana Jack looks interesting, but it’s not really the first finger painted game…. Puppysaurus is a universal game — native on the iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch, in the JRPG tradition of Pokemon and Zelda. Plus, we encourage players to create their own creature using any painting app you like and upload it for everyone else to download and capture in the game.
Check it out, if you’re interested!
